Putting Patients First.98000REASONS.ORGAAJ came to us with the idea to illustrate the staggering number of deaths from preventable medical errors with the concept of equating it to two 737s crashing everyday for a year. We used vibrant, shocking colors that would translate across mediums, to draw lawmakers' attention and tell the real stories of the victims.
